Due to recent increases in electricity rates by the university, HERO will be updating its charging station fees, increasing from 8 THB per hour to 9 THB per hour.

This change will take effect on October 4, 2024.

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVV (code number on back of card)

Press the payment button

Enter the OPT code from SMS.

and press Confirm OTP

Payment steps for PromptPay

Fill out information

  • First and last name
  • Email

and press the payment button.

The system will go to the next page with QR code payment.

You can take a screenshot or save the QR code and pay via your banking app within 10 minutes.

When payment is completed.

Return to the website.

Sign-up/ Register

2. Enter a phone number that can receive OTP.

3. Enter your first and last name.

4. Read and accept the terms and conditions of service and privacy policy.

5. Enter OTP code from SMS to verify your identity

6. Please set a 6-digit PIN (this code will be required every time you login)

 7. Confirm PIN setting

Account creation is successfully!

HERO motorcycle charging rate is  8 Thai baht per unit and charging points or sockets can provide the maximum AC output at 7.0 kW. 

When it comes to charging package or time top-up, HERO only requires a minimum 3 hours time top-up = 24 baht. 

Of course, you don’t need to charge all at once, you can use the remaining time for the next charge. The system will deduct time only for what is used.
